Hi everyone! We have been busy! We have been blessed to spend a lot of time with Scott's side of the family the past couple of weekends and have loved every minute of it! Zachary adores his cousins and they seem to really enjoy spending time with him too, so it is fun for us all to hang out. Madison is getting so big and even changed a few diapers this past weekend...she has future babysitter written all over her! In the past couple of weekends, we have gone to their house, met up at the airshow, and they came here to visit us too! We are looking forward to catching up with them in Kansas City on the weekends to watch Collin play football in the months to come. The weather here has been pretty hot but it seems to be getting cooler and I have even noticed a few leaves turning, although that seems a little premature. Scott has been busy working on the hard and trying to get the grass the way he wants it, but it seems to be a constant battle and a total learning process. I have been working to get both kids' rooms together and have really enjoyed planning for a little girl...very fun! Oh, and Scott even gave me a whole day off for my birthday to go shopping and meet up with some friends for dinner and a movie! I am very blessed! We have since decided that we are really going to try and take turns doing that every once in a while, and also schedule dates for just "us" every once in a while. We are blessed to have some great friends right around the corner, so we hope to get a "swap" organized so that we can all benefit from a little date night every once in a while. :) Zachary is as busy as ever and seems to be in a happier mood since his 4th eye tooth came in. I am hoping I am done with teething for a little while because it is not fun! He has also decided to throw temper tantrums, mostly for Daddy, when he doesn't get what he wants. Seems that he has learned pretty quick who the pushover of the two parents are. Scott is going to have to work on that especially before this little girl gets here and wraps him around her little finger! Okay, here are a few pics from the past couple of weeks...enjoy!
